At FNJS DEVELOPMENT, we believe that the only thing more important than having success is the ingredients to repeat it.

Gregg Berger, Principal of FNJS, LLC,  is a forward-thinking entrepreneur. In and throughout the 1990′s, Gregg began buying under-performing and distressed properties in South Florida and turning them around, repeating what would become a proven investment strategy of in-depth homework as well as hands-on management.

In the early 2000’s, Gregg and his partners acquired over 200,000 sqft of mixed-use buildings and retail shopping centers.  Those acquisitions marked a unique opportunity to move into the condo conversion business and became a proven success story in overseeing the daily management and real estate marketing efforts of each investment.  Today, FNJS’s portfolio contains a mix of properties throughout South Florida, including single family homes, office and warehouse, retail shopping centers and residential development lots, with many more projects in the pipeline.

Lennard N. Robinson has been involved in the Real Estate Industry in various capacities over the past 35 years. Mr. Robinson has held positions in Banking, Housing Bond Financing, Housing Development, and General Contracting.

In his capacity as the Executive Director of the Housing Finance Director of Broward County, he established a “One Stop Affordable Housing Program” where his Agency provided; housing counseling , loan and grant prequalification, and loan origination services to individuals seeking homebuyer assistance. His Agency also provided Tax Exempt Bond Financing for over 30,000 affordable housing rental units which totaled $2 billion.

Mr. Robinson is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and a graduate of Howard University where he majored in Business Management.
